2018 Ford F-150

Bought this truck over the phone and had it shipped to me from Minnesota. Took me a few months to find because the regular cab short beds are hard to find. Especially a 4x4 one with the 5.0 V8 and 10 speed trans. Unfortunately I can’t leave anything alone so I got right to work! 2 way adjustable suspension on all 4 corners that lowered the truck 3” in the front and 5” in the rear. Upon doing that I had to add drop spindles to keep the front axle angles happy. I also added traction bars to eliminate wheel hop. For strictly aesthetic purposes I went with 22” Forgestar wheels on Toyo tires. 305/40 all around have it a nice aggressive look! After some adjustments and an alignment, everything was pretty dialed in. After that I ended up getting a tune done by Evolution Performance. 93 octane tune, E85 tune, and trans tune. I ran the truck in the 1/4 mile before and after the tune and then again after shedding some weight. I documented the whole adventure extensively over on YouTube! My best 1/4 mile time with strictly just a tune was a 12.50 @ 113mph. Since then I took the truck apart and got some paint match work done to make it look a little better. I plan on doing headers and a supercharger this year so stay tuned!!
