2003 Chevrolet Silverado

Was my dads work truck since we brought it back from a trip to Iowa nearly 10 years ago (yes even though it’s an SS) Last year (2020) as I was looking around for a car and had some money saved up I asked my dad to come check one out with me. He looked at the ad and told me I could have the truck if I wanted it since the car didn’t look too great (I wanted to “fix it up”) I reluctantly agreed and now here I am a little over a year into owning it (as of today 12/8/2021) and with no regrets. Even with all its miles (227k and counting) it’s never failed to start or left me stranded. I’ve been working on it little by little.

I plan on restoring it since the frame and some panels are getting a bit rusty, building the engine, adding stuff to the interior, I’m deciding as I’m learning.
