1993 Mazda Miata

The Story

As a 16yr old in highschool in 2015 miatas didn't nearly have the hype that they have today… I remember the first one I saw immediately caught my attention and I knew I had to have one. After looking everyday for nearly 2 years after school on craigslist or ebay (facebook marketplace didn't exist yet) I decided to give up and try to open my mind to different project ideas. One day an advertisement mentioned car-gurus on my phone so I immediately went on the site and found my 93’ mx5 with 140k for $1900 and little to no problems. Long story short, I never wanted anything so bad so quickly… I didn't know jack squat about cars but I knew I wanted to learn. So I was on Youtube every other day watching anything I could on the mx5.. 6 years later here we are and I’m still not done, I don't think I’ll ever be to be honest but one thing I’ve learned is patience is key! Just found out 4 weeks ago my first child is due in November so the car will be staying this way for awhile but of course the grind never stops! Thanks for your time if you made it this far! I hope I can inspire somebody somewhere to never give up on your dreams..
